This directory has the WAIS  ".src" file for the cs-techreports database.
This database is made by indexing CS papers from FTP sites around the world.
I use the list of directories with techreports found in "list.of.dirs" and
use the unix "find" command and "grep" to produce "list.of.papers".  All of
this uses my filesystem "Alex" (see ../doc for more info).

This list of papers is then copied and indexed with WAIS.

If you know of any more FTP sites with techreports please let me know!!!!!!
